Pop-up chef Gabriel Mateta · Mexico × Congo

Chef Gabriel Mateta is bringing his culinary talents to VINOBOBO for a series of pop-up dinners that bridge Mexico and the Congo. Expect corn tostadas and tacos, Congolese-style slow-cooked dishes, guacamole, *pondu* (cassava leaf) sauce, and house-made pickles—all perfectly paired with our natural wines. Reservations required.
